Microsoft Surface Book 2: Specs Include Kabylake Chipset that Supports Better Graphics?

The most talked about the notebook of the Windows-maker company is rumored to hit the store shelves in 2017 and will be powered by Intel Kabylake chipset for better graphics and higher resolution.

According to The Bit Bag, though the device is well-equipped with notable features and specs, it didn’t escape from the negative feedback of the netizens.

Surface Book 2 is expected to sport high-end specs and never-before-seen features. One of the rumored features includes support for magnetic Surface Pen, which has turned into a rechargeable one that comes with a small dock, Tech Radar reported.

On the other hand, Surface Book 2 specs include Intel Kabylake chipsets for better graphics, higher resolution, and faster performance.

Intel Kabylake processors feature 14nm chips that offer support for USB 3.1 Type-C, Thunderbolt 3 and higher resolution of 4K in a 13.5-inch screen size.

Accordingly, the delayed release of the Surface Book 2 is due to the waiting time Microsoft gave for Intel to launch their latest chipset.

Furthermore, Microsoft is also said to capitalize on Surface Book 2 in their earnest desire to beat and surpass the performance of Apple MacBook Pro 2016.
