Consumer Reports usually tests and indicates if a product is advisable or not for its purchase, and just a moment ago, the website published an updated list of the ‘best cameras for smartphones’ existing in the current market.
In the list appears the iPhone X in the first place, the iPhone 8 Plus is in second place and finally, in the third place is the iPhone 8.
In this way, Consumer Report indicates that the iPhone X and iPhone 8 Plus are the two smartphones that have the best cameras today.
The company said that the 10 phones it analyzed obtained good results in the fixed image quality tests, which were created in order to “evaluate the resolution, dynamic range, color accuracy and visual noise”. After testing, the iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 8 “got very good grades. ”
And the quality of the video?
But in addition to assessing the quality of the still images, Consumer Reports also evaluated the video. In this issue, the firm says that the iPhone X and iPhone 8 are “excellent” for the quality of the video, while the iPhone 8 Plus turned out to be “very good”.
Unfortunately, Consumer Reports does not describe why the iPhone 8 surpassed the iPhone 8 Plus.
The rest of Apple’s devices were not bad either. Both the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 6s Plus obtained “very good” ratings for video and photography quality, so they rank fifth and sixth on the list, respectively. For its part, the iPhone 7 Plus ranked ninth.
