Meizu launched two new phones with a new version Flyme OS interface. The company also announced that handsets portfolio will receive Flyme OS Version 6.
The first of the two devices is the new Meizu Pro 6 Plus, it has a metal unibody enclosure Samsung Exynos 8890 processor and (this is the model used in some variants of Samsung Galaxy Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge).
Pro 6 Plus will be available in two versions: one with 64GB of storage and a lower frequency of the processor and a 128GB internal storage with a higher work frequency CPU.
Both models will have 4GB RAM capacity and 5.7-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1440p.
The new Meizu Pro 6 Plus has a main camera that uses Sony IMX386 sensor, a 12MP Exmor RS F aperture / 2.0, a secondary camera with 5MP and a 3400mAh battery capacity.
M3X Meizu is a mid-level device and uses MediaTek Helio P20 processor, has a 5.5 inches SHARP screen displaying a FullHD resolution.
The main camera has a 12MP sensor and the secondary camera has a 5MP sensor.
The phone will be available with 3GB memory capacity RAM, 32GB internal storage, and a 3200mAh battery capacity.
Both phones have support for mTouch 2.1 and fingerprint sensor for fast charging technology mCharge that will charge the battery to 40% in just 30 minutes thanks to the included 18W charger.
The devices are the first in the company’s portfolio that will run OS 6 Flyme interface based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
With the launch of these two new phones, Meizu announced what other devices in its portfolio will be upgraded to OS 6 Flyme and here they are:
