The Apple iPad Air 3, iPad Mini 5 and iPad Pro 2 are some of the intensely speculated devices from the Cupertino tech giant.
However, Apple’s silence on the future of the device is stifling eager fans who are hunting for information on these devices.
There is a tremendous hype surrounding these upcoming devices and little is known so far. Rumors have long speculated that the iPad Air 3 will be the last device to be released in Apple’s Air line.
It is expected to make an appearance in March 2017.
The reason behind Apple discontinuing the Air line is the increasing popularity of the iPad Pro lineup. With some pretty devices in the iPad Pro stable and some awesome specs and features, the difference between these two lines are thinning, reported Macworld.
Together with the iPad Mini 5 and iPad Air 3, the iPad Mini 5 is also expected to be unveiled in March 2017. The iPad Pro lineup may get a new 10.5-inch model, specially targeted towards education and business professionals. It may have its Home button removed.
The Apple iPad Pro 2 may sport a better RAM, an A10X processor, 512GB internal storage and a longer battery life.
Apple has not updated the iPad Mini 4 for quite some time and this has led many to believe that the company will be coming up with a brand new upgraded Apple iPad Mini5 in 2017.
Some of the highlighted features and specs in the device are an Apple A9/A10 chipset, 3GB RAM, 7.9-inch Retina Display and 7000-series aluminum chassis. It may come with 32/64/128GB internal storage options.
