Android Wear 2.0: Google postpones update due to error

Smartwatch owners have to wait a bit longer on Android Wear 2.0. Due to an error, delivery is delayed indefinitely.

News for all who are impatiently waiting for Android Wear 2.0: Google has postponed the launch of its updated Operating System for Wearables due to a serious software bug.

So far only the LG Watch Sport, the WatchStyle and some other models of third-party providers have received the update.

Users of all other Smartwatches are solved indefinitely.

Update comes after troubleshooting

Originally, the new version of the operating system, according to the official presentation in February 2017, was to come relatively quickly to most smartwatches.

Compared to the portal 9to5Google explained the search engine group, one had already rolled out the firmware for the Smartwatches Fossil Q Founder, Casio Smart Outdoor Watch WSD-f10, and Tag Heuer Connected.

For other devices Google had to move the update but because of bugs, which one found in the final tests.

Google promises to distribute Android Wear 2.0 to all other Wearables once the problem has been solved.
