Samsung Galaxy S8 (Plus) in all its glory: Render Video shows final design

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus show up in a rendered video, which was made based on technical drawings. The leaked dimensions also give a glimpse of how big the smartphones really are.

The famous leaker @OnLeaks has made in cooperation with a @GearIndia render video in which the final design of the two high-end smartphones Galaxy S8 and Galaxy should be seen S8 Plus.

The basis for this video technical drawings of the two smartphones. The appearance corresponds basically to the latest leaks, however, the first time in a 360-degree view.

Currently, the leaks reinforce the fact that the new Galaxy-S8 models actually look like this.

The extremely compact design, however, leaves no room for a home button on the front, so that the fingerprint scanner moves to the back next to the camera. Samsung remains the case of glass and metal, but built not only a USB Type-C connector and special Bixby button, but continue a normal headphone connector.

What is new is the iris scanner at the front above the display, which we know from the set Galaxy Note 7. The design of smartphones is very rounded, but also extremely high.

According @OnLeaks and @GearIndia the Samsung Galaxy S8 is a 5.8-inch display with dimensions of 148.9 × 68 × 8 mm possess. In comparison, comes the Galaxy S7 with the 5.1-inch display to 142.4 × 69.6 × 7.9 mm.

The smartphone would by the new aspect ratio of 18.5: 9 significantly longer but also slightly narrower, so it could well remain comfortably in the hand.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus comes with dimensions of 159 × 74 × 8 mm, while the current Galaxy S7 edge 150.9 × 72.6 × 7.7 mm.
